Rebekah Syverson
Family Nurse Practitioner
Rebekah Syverson, FNP-C, IFMCP, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 30 years of nursing experience and has been practicing medicine since 2016. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Thomas Jefferson University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Georgetown University. Rebekah completed her certification in Functional Medicine through the Institute for Functional Medicine and is also certified in Neural Therapy, including advanced training in stellate ganglion infiltration injections.
As the founder of Restore Functional Medicine, established in 2023, Rebekah opened the Boise practice in 2024 with a mission to provide personalized, root-cause-focused care. She is passionate about empowering patients to take an active role in their health through lifestyle optimization, evidence-based functional medicine, and innovative regenerative therapies that support the body’s natural healing processes.
Wiley Petersen
Physician Assistant
Wiley Petersen, PA-C, is a Physician Assistant with experience in both primary care and functional medicine. He earned his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Idaho State University and is passionate about helping patients identify and address the root causes of their health concerns through a personalized, patient-centered approach. Prior to entering medicine, Wiley spent more than a decade as a professional bull rider, an experience that sparked his interest in human performance, recovery, and long-term wellness.
Originally from Southeast Idaho, Wiley combines evidence-based medicine with a focus on lifestyle optimization, nutrition, hormone health, and metabolic wellness to help patients achieve lasting improvements in their health and vitality. He is dedicated to empowering patients to take an active role in their health and create sustainable wellness for the future.

Practice Manager
Emily is a certified medical assistant and phlebotomist. She has nearly a decade of experience in the medical field working in a wide variety of settings. She has cared for patients in both traditional and functional medicine from pediatrics to geriatrics. Emily enjoys assisting patients in making positive changes in their healthcare journey.

Ella is a certified medical assistant. Passionate about helping patients regain their health, she has goals to obtain her nursing license and further her skill set in helping provide exceptional care to patients.

Holly is a Medical Assistant with extensive experience in functional medicine and a strong passion for helping patients achieve optimal health and wellness. Her background as a Master Esthetician provides her with a unique perspective on the connection between internal health and external vitality.
